1. License & Intellectual Property
⚠️ Resale of raw, unmodified templates is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
All template purchases grant you a Commercial License for Single or Unlimited Projects (depending on the tier purchased), allowing the user to build profitable businesses with the code.
✅ Users may resell or redistribute templates only if Significant Modifications have been made. "Significant Modifications" means the user cannot resell the product as a competing template or boilerplate. They are only allowed to redistribute it as part of a unique, end-user application where the original OneXDesk code is not the primary value being sold.
🎯 Full Derivative Works resale rights are automatically granted for all Custom Build and Full-Stack commissioned projects. These are works-for-hire and the Client owns the Intellectual Property entirely.
2. Payment Terms
All standard template purchases are one-time payments. No recurring fees, subscriptions, or maintenance costs are applied unless you opt into an optional support plan. Custom Build and Full-Stack projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due on delivery.
3. Refund Policy & Waiver of Right to Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Accessing the digital download link constitutes a waiver of right to withdrawal or refund. For Custom Build projects, refunds may be requested within 72 hours of placing your deposit, before work has commenced. Once development begins, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company (OneXDesk) and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or custom-built systems. Our total liability shall explicitly be limited to and not exceed the exact amount the Client paid to the Company in the last 12 months for the specific product or service in question.
5. Privacy Policy & Third-Party Target Processors
We collect only the minimum necessary information to process your order and provide support. As a Data Processor, OneXDesk utilizes Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for database mapping and authentication. By utilizing our site, you actively agree to the terms of these third-party processors. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting onexdesk@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
The Client agrees not to use our templates or custom systems to build products that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of third parties. OneXDesk reserves the right to revoke your license without refund if these terms are violated.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in India before resorting to any litigation.
