Conditions
1. License & Intellectual Property
⚠️ Resale of raw, unmodified templates is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
All template purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software for your own projects. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or share raw template files.
✅ Users may resell or redistribute templates only if significant custom modifications have been made that fundamentally alter the original system's structure, design, and purpose.
🎯 Full resale rights are automatically granted for all Custom Build and Full-Stack commissioned projects. These are works-for-hire and you own the IP entirely.
2. Payment Terms
All standard template purchases are one-time payments. No recurring fees, subscriptions, or maintenance costs are applied unless you opt into an optional support plan. Custom Build and Full-Stack projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due on delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a template download link has been accessed. For Custom Build projects, refunds may be requested within 72 hours of placing your deposit, before work has commenced. Once development begins, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
OneXDesk and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or custom-built systems. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
5. Privacy Policy
We collect only the minimum necessary information to process your order and provide support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting onexdesk@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our templates or custom systems to build products that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of third parties. OneXDesk reserves the right to revoke your license without refund if these terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
